As an Agent, you need a transportation partnership built on consistency and trust. Many of our business relationships have lasted more than 25 years, a loyalty earned through caring. When you work with Fikes Truck Line you'll know exactly what to expect, and can make guarantees to your customers with confidence.
To learn what Fikes can offer a qualified Agent, see our Program Overview. To become an Agent of Fikes, you must:
- Bring a strong customer base with steady loads and solid financial resources;
- Commit to an exclusive partnership with Fikes and be willing to work within our corporate culture;
- Operate and maintain an office and coordinate with the Fikes sales team to avoid duplicate customer contacts;
- Follow Fikes' procedures for Operations, Safety and Recruiting;
- Pass all of your trucks and contractors through Fikes' qualification process (See Recruiting Requirements). Fikes will arrange travel to Hope for Orientation and training, or if you have 10 or more trucks to lease on, we will come to your location;
- At least one employee must spend a week at our headquarters in Hope to go through driver and dispatch Orientation;
- Have high speed internet access or a T1 connection.
