Today, we are working as hard as ever to grow our business, and are actively seeking partnerships with Agents who can prosper through a relationship with Fikes and our sister company, FTL Logistics.

If you have equipment or large accounts and need a transportation partner that is nationally-competitive and financially-sound, we welcome the opportunity to talk with you.

Qualified Agents can benefit from a flexible program that allows you to:

• Earn a generous percentage on freight you book;
• Operate under our insurance and authority;
• Integrate your operation with Fikes and FTL. By installing computer systems that enable you to work through our dispatch system, you can choose to operate and dispatch your own equipment, or we can do that for you;
• Utilize our dispatch board to find loads for your trucks, or trucks to load your customer's freight in areas that you need additional equipment;
• Rely on Fikes and FTL for billing, DOT and fuel records, cargo and liability insurance and ComData fuel cards;
• Enjoy weekly settlements and direct deposit.
• Take advantage of referral bonuses for new leases, a trailer rental program, and our satellite communications.

As an Agent, you need a transportation partnership built on consistency and trust. Many of our business relationships have lasted more than 30 years, a loyalty earned through caring. When you work with FTL Logistics you'll know exactly what to expect, and can make guarantees to your customers with confidence.

To become an Agent of FTL Logistics, you must:

• Bring a strong customer base with steady loads and solid financial resources;
• Commit to an exclusive partnership with FTL Logistics and be willing to work within our corporate culture;
• Operate and maintain an office and coordinate with the Fikes and FTL sales teams to avoid duplicate customer contacts;
• Follow Fikes and FTL procedures for Operations, Safety and Recruiting; 
• Pass all of your trucks and contractors through Fikes' qualification process (See Recruiting Requirements). Fikes will arrange travel to Hope, AR for orientation and training, or if you have 10 or more trucks to lease on, we will come to your location;
• At least one employee must spend a week at our headquarters in Hope to go through driver and dispatch orientation; and
• Have high speed internet access or a T1 connection.
