What service frequencies should I expect?
This will vary by service type and the needs of your restaurant. Our restroom sanitation, deep cleaning and product delivery services can be as often as once a week or as infrequent as every 28 days.
For locations seeking general cleaning services in dining areas, we offer frequencies of multiple times per week. We also have day porter services available.
Preventative pest control services are typically on a frequency of every 28 days, unless there are escalated pest infestations or sightings. Our team will respond quickly to immediate needs in the short term.
Overall, the variety of services and frequencies will be based upon your preferences and the needs of your restaurant.
Will the representatives servicing our restaurant be Fikes team members or subcontractors?
Your assigned representative is a Fikes Team Member, not a subcontractor. Fikes personnel are trained representatives and technicians who are certified in cleaning, pest control, product knowledge, and inventory management.
Can you clean kitchen equipment?
Cleaning the inside of kitchen equipment is not a service we currently offer. However, we’re happy to refer you to a reputable company who specializes in cleaning kitchen equipment.
Our Fikes Certified Technicians work with you to determine the preferred scent for your property, along with an optimal odor-neutralizing solution for tough odors, whether it’s food, pet, or smoke related.
Our to-go products have our logo on them. do you offer custom printing for food service products?
Yes. We work directly with multiple suppliers on quality custom-printed products such as napkins, to-go containers, and pizza boxes. We’d love to set you up with a quality and value-driven custom printing program for your restaurant locations.
Can you do kitchen equipment repairs or installations?
Repairing and installing kitchen equipment is not a service we currently offer. However, we‘re happy to refer you to a reputable company who specializes in kitchen equipment repairs and installations.
